RSA Echoice Car Insurance MOT Offer

Hi.

does anyone know anything about this offer? who actually offered it? who I can contact to get the offer.

I bought a policy through TopCashback at Echoice in March. I was supposed to receive a free MOT with the policy. I received a MOT voucher in the insurance documents which I returned to RSA. Unfortunatly I didnt take a copy of the voucher before I returned it.

I never heard anything else after that.

Now I have called echoice and have been told that they do not offer incentives to new business. They tell me to call top cashback. But the voucher for the MOT offer came with the insurance documents for echoice.

i also took up this offer in february but have received nothing at all.today i have phoned echoice but they say that they do not know anthing about an offer of a free mot.well it was certainly on the website when i took out my insurance.i will not be using echoice again.

well, i am not just letting this go.

If anyone recorded the address that you sent the voucher to this would help me identify which department I need to speak to.

Otherwise, i am going to call first thing tomorrow and speak to marketing.
