Mortgage application & Electoral role

Hello - We are applying for a mortgage at the end of the year through the government buy scheme. To cut a long story short, we are living at an address where we are not 'announced' (to help us save the deposit) but we are on the electoral role at another address (the parents) My question is: when we apply, will it matter that our credit, bank statements, pay slips are at a different address than on the electoral register?
Thanks
Thanks

Probably, yes. Don't take the risk - change your address with your bank etc back to your parents address until you move into your new home. It's not really a problem, is it?You had me at your proper use of "you're".0

Nope it shouldn't be a problem, my bf thought it wouldn't matter as long as we are on it.
Thanks0 -
It might raise questions with lenders as to why you are living somewhere other than were you are registered. Are the utility bills in your name? Are you paying council tax? It's going to look dodgy to a lender if you are not.
The last thing you need half-way through a purchase, when you are trying to get your mortgage approved, it something as trivial as this throwing a spanner in the works! House-buying can be stressful enough as it is, without setting yourself up for potentially more stress!
Good luck!
