I need advice from all you experts out there.I have a few thousand in shares and one isa.Job situation means I need to find some money to live for a while and am wondering what the best thing to do is.Cash in my isa or cash in some of the shares.

All economic indicators are dire. My two pennerth for you is to ditch the equities.

Yes economic indicators are dire, but that is priced in. Interest rates are effectively negative and most share prices are very low in comparison to their past earnings..
Cash ISA is being eroded by inflation, shares are very risky.
