I, quite frankly don't give a toss who runs M&S or any other bank. All that concerns me is what enticing offers are to be had to get them up an running.
Maybe an easy £100-£200 for opening a current account, maybe a saver with a headline rate?

In true MSE style, Sign-up, take the money, get what you can out of them then move on when things change. Bring it on M&S !!
