Hi guys, bit of advice please. Just got the letter informing me that I have been successfully migrated from income support to ESA WRAG after a medical 7 weeks ago. Basically I wondered if it's worth asking for a copy of the medical report for future reference?
Also, how often do they ask you to attend the work focused interviews? I understand it's about 6 of them isn't it?
Thanks in advance

You can ask for a copy of the medical report - have no idea how many interviews you'd need to go to though!0

You can ask to record the interview too. Get a copy. Mine said I could walk 300 yards, after he asked me to get out of my wheelchair and I walked 4 steps! It also said "No problems kneeling and squatting" I wasn't asked to do either, I can't! I was medically retired from work, but was put in the work group. Had to go to tribunal. Didn't have to attend after all, as got my MP involved and they rang the day before to say don't bother coming you have won your appeal. Been in the Support group two years now. was asked to fill in another medical form, but have heard nothing further. Hope this helps.I Believe in saving money!!!:T

I must admit I was really dreading it after reading some of the stories on here but the guy seemed to know about my condition and took notice of what I told him. I'm sorry that wasn't what happened with youStrange women lyin' in ponds distributin' swords is no basis for a system of government0 -
