Can you give us more details as to what this is about? Is it about parking? Clear as mud at the moment.....

I suspect that this is Equita bailiffs? If so then we would require a fair bit of additional details. If you are now in a situation where they are threatening to distrain on goods then I would thoroughly recommend contacting Bailiff Advice Online. Signing up will cost you a tenner if memory serves but Shiela is the acknowledged expert and can guide you in detail.

BTW - I am not in anyway connected with BAO but point you in their direction because they do know what they are talking about.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Post 1 says this is council tax debt and nothing to do with parking?

I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.
