in Credit cards
I bought a dress from an apparently uk based website and have since found out that it is based in China. I have not received the dress and it is now three weeks over the time promised for delivery. We are over the 45 day period that paypal can open a dispute and the amount of money is £94.00 which is under the section 75 limit. Is there any action I can take to get my money back?

Have just read the details and since I haven't pre-loaded I think this might be the way to go. Thanks a lot for such a helpful reply.0
