4. First prize: The winner can choose either a family, couples or fashion* photo shoot with 40 processed images on a DVD folio and one 10x8" print. Total prize worth £240.
5. Runner up prizes: Two winners will receive either a family, couples or fashion* photo shoot and one 10x8" print. Total prize worth £85.
6. Prizes are non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
7. Prize winners will be notified by email or by telephone.
8. Competition will be drawn within 24 hours of the closing date.
9. Winners have five (5) business working days to respond in full to the email or phone call, or another winner will be drawn.
10. Photo shoot lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
11. The photographers travel includes a 25 mile radius of EX1 3UH mileage thereafter is charged at 40p per mile.
12. The shoot must take place within 6 months of the winners being announced.

Would you be ok just to edit the title for indexing by date please eg

rather than:
Win a free photoshoot worth £240

Just click edit & advanced
If left as is it will be indexed wrong so you end up with the issue that can be seen on page 1 of this view of the board.Plus it may get moved to GO.

The punctuation & spacing need to follow the the standard format or it may be placed in the incorrect place & the end daters etc may miss it.
