euro car park i was not the driver

in Parking tickets, fines & parking
hi new member here,my car got a ticket for not parking in a bay last month £50 parking charge notice,problem is i was in my van this day and only got the ticket when it came in the post and had increased to £70 a few weeks later,seems one of my sons was driving car this day. where do i stand on paying thisPARKING PENALTY CHARGE with big ENFORCEMENT red writing on letter.do i pay up? tell them who was driving? or ignore ? i dont want a court summons for something i didnt do.HELP.THANX.:mad:

    Answer is the same, ignore. No court summons is at all likely.

    As answered on other thread, if you keep ignoring (despite the red writing) they won't know who the driver was, so court would not be an option- not that ECP ever do it anyway.
