ok, house is on for 240k, has new bathroom and kitchen, central heating, windows, needs nothing doing to it. No extension, downstairs loo, utility etc just a 3 bed semi. Bought in 2006 for 212K. Other sales in street over the last 2 years range between 192k - 215K but mostly needed work. been on since jan no offers, vendors not in a hurry. I suspect slightly overpriced? What would you open with?
