Ford C Max long time waiting for parts.
MyC Max is just over a year old (mobility)from POLAR FORD. The radio was the first to go. It was ordered took about 8 weeks. telephone from the dealer it’sin. Took the car down phone call it’s the wrong radio another 4 weeksthe radio was in. took the car down can you look at the rear seat its notworking right. In April the car went into the dealer, it needs a new catch willorder one. New catch comes in May thats 7 weeks later. Back to the dealer, phone call to say theseat needs a new runner. Will order one be in Monday????? I did phone FordsCustomer Relations Centre the girl was very nice but no help in getting theparts for the car. Lots of phone callsfrom them telling me that the part was still on order but could not give adate. This is a new Ford car and thisis not acceptable :mad:
