Relieved buyers survey ok

Well it' been a tense few days waiting to hear if my buyer felt there were any issues of concern in the homebuyers survey she had done last week. Especially as I wasn't willing to drop my price any further should anything have been flagged, as I've taken quite a hit on price and buyer already admitted she knew she was getting a great bargain when I accepted her offer.
Anyway, she has let ea know today that everything is fine her end and as the survey on the place I'm buying was carried out today, I'm hoping for a smooth and reasonably swift process from here on.
Well, now it is time to get stuck in and have a good clear out & create piles of stuff for donating to my local charity shop. I'll be moving to a smaller place, but it will have a garage, which I don't have here, so that will be useful for storage whilst I'm having work done on the place and then get settled in.
I'm hoping to only have to cut the grass one more time before I go. I truly loathe gardening and am moving to a ground floor flat with a balcony and access from it to a private communal garden, so somebody else's responsibility, although of course I'll be paying towards the upkeep via service charges. Goodbye lawnmower and strimmer, can't say I'll miss you. :rotfl:

The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
