Pure Luxuries/Interlink

Does anyone have any experience of either of these companies? I was expecting a delivery today, which hasn't arrived, and Interlink's website is showing it as delivered and signed for!

I can't find a telephone number for either of them so I've sent an e-mail to Pure Luxuries and asked them to look into it.

Just hoping they can sort it out quickly as it's over £100 worth of stuff. I paid by Paypal luckily.

Right, an update which is definitely a vent. Instead of delivering to my work address, as arranged, Interlink decided to leave my parcel with someone I didn't know who lives in the street next to my home address.

Funny thing is, Pure Luxuries don't have my home address and the work address was on the front of the parcel! The bloke I picked it up from was rather bemused as to why they had knocked on his door to leave it with, as am I.

Only had one order with Pure Luxuries. They had it as in stock, ordered and got a despatch notification. Item never arrived. I emailed them and they immediately refunded my money and the item went to out of stock. Could be an innocent mistake, but felt that they forgot to despatch the order and the reason for the quick refund no questions asked. Can't grumble for the customer service department.

Yeah, they were pretty good at resolving the issue and getting the truth out of their courier! Do not feel very inclined to use them again though.
