Help what should i do

I sold a phone on Ebay and when i sent it it was very good condition,But the buyer has said they don't want it as its scratched and looks as though it has been dropped,This was not the case when i sent it,Should i give a refund where do i stand?
Any advice appreciated please

    do you have any photos or evidence of what it was like before it left you - e.g. photo for listing etc? If so you have more chance of proving it was in a good condition when it left you.

    I would ask the seller to return the item to you (via Special Delivery). Did you make a note of the IMEI number prior to sending? Make sure the phone that they return is in fact the one you sent.

    Dispute it and stand your ground. If you get a negative, so what.
  • If you do have to get it back check that the imei of the phone on the label matches that of the one stored internally, there are codes to get this out of the phone depending on the make and model.

    It is not beyond the realms of possibility that someone might want a new shell for their phone and use this method!

    i have told her to return it and if its is not the same condition that i sent it then i will not refund,But she must of dropped it herself,I have the photos and no damage on them like she says.
    Will keep you posted i have lost out on the ebay fees so really dissapointed.
