I have come across the above site, however they require almost £20 a year for membership. It appears to offer all info regarding all types of benefits and entitlements.
Has anyone used this and is it legit?

Yes, B+W is a legit site. A lot of info (and the forum) is available to everyone but the detailed guides are for members only.
Some people believe that this information is freely available and B+W should not charge for it. However, the owners of the site have collated all the information and translated it into plain English, I would rather pay than have to find all the info from various places.
Please note that the site really only deals with IB/EDA and DLA.
