She has only had one call re a parking query, no correspondence is sent to her from parking eye to confirm cancellation or failed appeals. All correspondence is sent to the registered keeper as far as she knows, so the fact she has wriiten a letter to Parking eye could just be a waste of time as they may just ignore it.
Ok ill repeat it again
Well so far you've been completely taken in by there scam, carry on like this and they'll end up robbing you, as planned
Ignore them. Full stop.
There is no appeals system. Its a private company. There not in the business of giving money back, or not taking money off you even tho the're not entitled to it.
They have no legal basis to charge you anything for anything
As long as you keep talking to them, they'll keep at you. Now you've confirmed they have a mug taken the bait, they'll persist with there rubbish for longer.
Ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore
There is absolutely no point in continuing to engage in communications with either ASDA or the PPC. You owe neither of them anything, and you cant get it any lower than that. They cannot pursue you in court. They have no legal claim in any way shape or form.**** I hereby relieve MSE of all legal responsibility for my post and assume personal responsible for all posts. If any Parking Pirates have a problem with my post then contact me for my solicitors address.*****0
