Parking Eye

Hi All,
I got a "payment request" from Parking Eye. I had paid for my Parking ticket, but unfortunately overstayed by about 20 mins.

I have since then established, I do not have to pay them!

My only concern is can this effect my credit rating?

Thanks in advance,

Only if they take you to court, win, and then you still refuse to pay up within 28 days.

It can have an effect, but only if they jump through a whole raft of hoops that they won't get through. Relax.

How are they going to take you to court?
If you have received a ticket from them it must have been addressed to the registered keeper and not the driver To even consider going to court they would need to know who had been driving, and they could only know this if you were stupid enough to tell them.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.
