I have all the information that I need. Nobody in the local market even wants to see it, let alone buy it, at £190k.

Even a pi$$ poor 2 viewings per week would be 14 times more than they've had.

So you reckon that, as a rule of thumb for the whole of the UK, that every property in the land 'should' be getting more than 2 viewings a week, regardless?

No, it's you that has the hard on for putting a figure on it.

I reckon 2 viewings per week if a property is priced right is pretty poor. But nowhere near as poor as almost none in 14 weeks.

Because, in this market, people are not paying anything close to asking prices,

We paid £231k for a house listed at £233k. Similar properties had sold for £250k so the asking price was more than fair. I wanted something off for being chain-free buyers and they agreed to £2k. :D

People will pay asking (or close to it), even in this market, if the price is low or in line with recent sale prices in the area.

I'm currently in the process of paying asking price for a property.
