I'm amazed you got through to the reg. comp. team. Tried for days,kept getting automated recording.

So the end of the week has come and gone.... Hope my redress letter hasn't been 'lost in the post' like my questionnaire!! Patience wearing very thin!!!:/

WOO HOO!!! Finally received my redress offer this morning and i am very happy to say i am accepting it:)) Thank you to everyone one on here for their advice, without the people on here i really would'nt have had a clue where to start with it all:) xx
