PDA & Sync with Lotus Notes

Unfortunately I have to use Lotus Notes on my work laptop
I also have a Mio 168 PDA which I currently hot sync with my home PC & Outlook.
Is there any way I can set up Lotus Notes diary/calendar to sync with my PDA rather than using Outlook.
Cant seem to find anything that will et me do this so far
