Hiya.
Not sure if this is the right area, however here goes, In Jan this year I approached RBS and asked if I could make reduced payments, due to job change etc, they told me that before they could help I would need to default on card, and set up a payment, and this i did, they even refunded me the default fee.
my question is,
1 as they instructed me to default should I now nave debt collectors chasing me.
2 they passed the account over to debt collectors 19 days after agreeing the payment (I have continued to pay )
I have complained however that was 4 weeks ago, and after numerous phone calls I find out that the only picked up the complaint today.
can anyone offer advice on how i can progress this issue
wonderful forum

Do you have any letters from them agreeing that you can pay less per month?
I feel without this you may not have much to stand on!SwagBucks Challenge: 402/849
