Getting stressed with DPS ....
Comments
-
Well I've had my Tuesday response!
The response was that I have told them the wrong receivers, that its not PWC its actually Blades Insolvency!! They are now going to contact Blades Insolvency to see what they instruct!
This really annoyed me as I know PWC is the receivers as I have a copy of the court order and I have been paying my rent to them for over a year, so I phoned Blades and they are dealing with a Grace Property... but a completely different Grace Property that went into liquidation before I even moved into the house, had a completely different company address and a completely different director!!
I’ve tried to phone DPS again to explain and again couldn’t speak directly to the spec ops team, so was put on hold for ages for them just to come back saying that it is the right company because they’ve got it off the companies house???... but they have searched the wrong flipping company!! So I’ve had to email them again and explain again, which will take another 4 days to get a response – I dread to think what they will come back with next, I wouldn’t actually be surprised if they told me Mr Blobby was my landlord.
I just feel like I'm not going to get anywhere... they know who my landlady is as its her name (not company name) and address on the deposit account, so why are they doing this? Its not like she was a letting agent, she owned the houses and my tenancy agreement was with her, not her company, so surely if she hasn’t answered they should give me the money back??2012 wins = £933 :j
2013 wins so far = £4,025 :j
July wins: Holiday to Marbella :j0
