I'm 23 year old have been with santander well sins it was the abbeynational and never had a problem untill santander took over.
In the last two year i have had problem after problem with the bank currently the problem i am having is with the online banking to this account and my overdraft, I have gone on today to find that on the 6th i was charges £2.00 overdraft fee already thinging to change my account i transfter £15 from my lloyds account to be safe.
Looking at my account and what it actually says Current balance:£92.18 Available balance:£56.87 i have a £50 overdraft on the account which is not ment to be included in this and when i check if i have anything waiting to leave my account it says there is nothing pending.
This now makes the question of how can they be charging me for my overdraft when i havent been in my overdraft and i have nothing pending to leave the account.

Even Santander have problems explaining their actions on many occasions. If you've had lots of problems perhaps now is time to tread the well-worn path of people dumping them.0
