Advice please re sponsored ad on Google

I recently bought a pair of shoes after seeing a Sponsored Ad on Googel, the ad said 'Free Loake shoe tree with purchase of Loake shoes'.
I bought the shoe and when i received them there was no shoe tree (worth about £30) when i emailed the shop about the they said, sorry for telling us about the sponsored ad on Googel, it's wrong and we are not offering a free shoe tree anymore.
The free offer was the main reason that i bought the shoes from this particular retailer, i have contacted Trading Standards but they passed me on to CAB but i havent managed to speak to anyone there yet, i also contact the Advertising Standards Agency but since the reatiler has removed the Ad they are not interested.
Can anyone tell me if i have any rights here?
Thank you
John

I suggest you return the shoes under DSR and give non-provision of advertised incentive (shoe tree) as the reason for your return.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson
