    Hi John,
My local canine rescue kennels would certainly appreciate them please if they're still on offer. I'm not sure how much the stamps actually raise but it's an ongoing appeal & it all helps keep them going. Like most charities, they need all the help they can get, especially at the moment.
Their website is www.caninerescue.co.uk & is based in SW Scotland.

    Thank you :)

Canine Partners have a major appeal going on right now. it says
"We accept all kinds of stamps on or off paper, leave no more than 5mm of single thickness border around but please do not damage the perforations."

    Stamps can be posted to:
    Canine partners Stamp Appeal
    PO Box 638, Fareham, Hants PO14 9JJ
Stamps can also be dropped of at one of the 12 Canine Partners puppy satellite centres nationwide which are listed here:
    http://www.caninepartners.org.uk/local_to_you

obviously there is still money in stamps as they are hoping to raise £5000 this way to fund a puppy's first year of training

There isn't all that much in stamps, we get £5 per kilo. Sometimes I think people might as well send money by the time they post them in.
