Holiday Inn - Pirates competion

Got a scratchcard ticket for a Pirates competition with my room key when I checked in at Holiday Inn in Newport and won 2 nights for the price of one to be used by December 2012. I just kept the email confirmation until I was ready to use it. I want to consider booking next week in or around London. The link will not work and the email address to reply to does not seem accessible now either. Several emails through my membership of the Priority Club to HI over the last 2 weeks are just being ignored. Is anyone else having problems with this? Any suggestions?

Holiday Inn constantly have 2 4 1's running anyway without promotions. Try this link. You will struggle with London though, there are always very few 2 4 1's at the best of times let alone close to the Olympics. Always needs to be booked well in advance for any chance of getting one.
