Wren Kitchen - Review

I thought i would take the time to write this review for you guys as the only reviews i see on this forum for Wren seem to be bad.
I have only this week had a new Wren kitchen fitted (not by there fitters).
I ordered the Wyatt white Gloss, along with some of the Voltaire doors too (Graphite Grey), Also handles, single oven, micro grill, hob, dishwasher.
I ordered worktops elsewhere as they do not hold a huge stock of them.
I ordered it on Saturday 5th May and took delivery on 28th May.
I paid £1000 deposit at the time of order and the remainder 14 days before delivery
No items were missing or damaged, they were packaged well, and the joiners who had not fitted a wren kitchen before were very impressed by the quality.
I contacted Wren the other day to say i did not want to use the hob as had changed my mind and purchased a 5 burner from elsewhere and they are happy to refund me when i return it.
So, my experience with them has been a very good one, From the salesman coming out to measure to having it fitted we have had no issues at all, apart from the disruption of having no kitchen for a few days it has been a pleasant experience.
(and believe me I was sweating a bit after reading some of the neg reviews on here)
So if anyone was considering ordering from them but have been put off by all the negative reviews, hopefully my one can give you a bit of hope that they are not all bad, and the kitchen really is good quality.
** and i promise i dont work for Wren**;)

Good to see that for you, everything went well, as I am sure it does for the majority of Wren customers.
The problem with Wren seems to be not that they are incapable of getting it right, quite the opposite, I am sure they get it right more often than not, the problems appear to lie in how easy and rapid it is to correct mistakes when they get it wrong, which does happen with something as complicated as a kitchen design and delivery quite often for most of the major players, all it takes is a misclick of a mouse or a misspick or a mismeasurement.
The poor reviews have highlighted quite how hard it can be to get Wren to resolve problems in those circumstances. It really should not be....
Glad to hear that in your case all went well.0
