Sharp fall in sales in April. Home sales fell by 18% between March and April
You do realise that house sales are different to house prices.

House sales can fall and house prices go up or house sales go up and house prices go down. You do know that happens.

If I can get a better deal for cash I will. However I don't think they'd be too impressed if i tried to 'negotiate' a cash deal down Tesco's :rotfl:

You don't know me if you think I shop at Tesco. I am not a gypsy :rotfl:

My butcher only accepts cash now, prices are at least 10% cheaper.

Graham, the money is in interest. I can't spell it out to you any more. The fee charged to business is "administrative" costs, I'm sorry if this isn't very clear for you. You probably work for the council so have no idea what running a business is like. I feel sorry for you, you think irrelevant amounts of money are significant. You are quite clearly poor and unhappy but your online persona suggests you want to be a somebody, it's pathetic. Get offline, make some money and make your family proud of you. At least your son won't turn out to be such a whiny !!!!!.

Says the person who pretends to be a financial advisor on an internet forum.

    Ironic much?

Yeah exactly. Maybe that suggests to you that I am one? You know, because I am. :rotfl: Maybe check the posts where I give advice rather than give your opinion, which changes according to the theme of the thread :rotfl: Or is it just me who makes you U-turn?

You're even lower than Graham in my eyes. But you're easy to smash in an argument with the intelligence of a 5 year old so you can stick around.

Trust me, you're the only one who thinks you "smashed" me in an "argument".

This seems to happen to you a lot. Ever wonder why?

No. Credit cards are to be avoided unless you are a !!!!! who likes getting a tiny amount of cashback on stuff even though that probably encourages you to buy crap you don't need.

I'm having a bit of a problem trying to work out where you're coming from? Last week you posted this!

How is telling you there is a cheaper credit card available (saving you money) and getting paid for that a bad thing?

    Are you !!!!ing mental?

The second quote was in response to someone who felt that this website had been ripping her off. When in fact, if you have a credit card (do you honestly think I don't think people need credit cards?) getting the best rate is a sensible financial decision.

You need to stop listening to DpchUTurn trev. I said that credit cards are to be avoided, in an ideal life you will never need one (unless you like saving up for airmiles :rotfl:) as the temptation of easy credit means many people buy crap they don't need and then pay interest on it. I see it every day.

Does that mean I think people who have credit cards are idiots? No, sometimes you need quick credit. For instance if your car breaks down and you don't have the cash to fix it then how are you going to work and earn money without instant debt?

Don't get dragged down by the retards trev.

Let's just summarise your "financial advice" shall we.

    A) Don't have a credit card, because an imaginary company director you don't know who heads a firm that doesn't exist, told his daughters who haven't been born because their parents are fictitious inventions of some prancing pranny on an internet forum; not to have one too.

    B) Invest in a high risk Asian fund making 40%, at exactly the point that Asian economies are going into reverse after decades of growth, but only for people in the know (none of whom are you)

Odd's bodkin, I've encountered some types over here but you have really taken the biscuit.

Listen. No one believes in your internet persona, no one. Not even your mum, who you still live with.

:rotfl: Thanks for the advice! You'll appreciate it if I take it with a pinch of salt from someone who's complaining about not being able to save because the naughty unregulated landlords.
