There is no HPC, only a slow decrease in property prices.

    Up until now!

This is just my personal opinion(obviously) but we still have not witnessed the true aftermath of the 2007 financial/debt crisis of 2007.

    We are watching that NOW.

The HPC gang were all up in arms at a recent Guardian article suggestion that people in their late 20s or older still living at home are 'losers'. I never realised so many of them still lived with their mums!

They'll be more up in arms this morning now that Halifax have announced that prices are rising. Don't think they have quite got the hang on what effect it has though as one poster has written:

if you want to slag off the HPC website please do it there

Slight problem with that approach in that most of us were barred just for not licking its boots hard enough. God knows what'd happen if you criticised the place. I suspect some kind of excommunication ceremony.

Share a house with complete strangers you met on the internet - cool and "getting on with life", whatever that means.

Share a house with people you know and love - sad loser.

The Guardian/Observer has completely lost the plot; it has become like a great-uncle, once offbeat but insightful and thought-provoking, who now just wanders around confused barely seeming to recognise his own face in the mirror.

It does seem odd doesn't it, the idea is lost on many.

Isn't the very advice from you lot TO live longer with your parents and save a deposit? Sensible things to do apparently, something that's only been stated today to deal with deposits.

Now, they are sad and losers.

You really don't know which way to turn to escape the bitterness, do you!
