A thought came to me while looking at a link a fellow MSE posted to HPC co uk. There members are in a chain gang all dreaming of the perfect day when they buy a house at the bottom. Little do they know there doing life! I guess something has to keep them going

  • The HPC chain gang is a group of people who have committed themselves to waiting for a HPC which may never happen - I couldn't believe one chap had waited over 8 years for a crash and he still thinks it will happen - always next year....

If you want to moan about HPC please do it over there, this is MSE. You are appearing very bitter or jealous.

There is no HPC, only a slow decrease in property prices.

According to your signature, average prices are falling at between 0.5% and 1% a year.

And as per the RICS report, prices are not falling at all in somewhere around 70% of areas.

That's not a crash.... No matter how hard you try to convince yourself it is. ;)
