Hello I have posted on here before for some advice me and my wife have been looking at new homes and we have found Wain homes are selling a property near chorley in lancashire for £425K we have a house to part ex which has been valued at £180K- has anyone got any good deals off them before I dont know how hard to push them
- I was told that they like to keep the headline value but some building companies dont mind uping the value of the price of the part ex house
or pay the stamp duty as examples
any stories of any deals done will be greatly appreciated
