No problem OP.
We werent allowed to tell the parents if we had seen their child take a first step , sit up unaided , ect as that some thing we all thought as a team the parent should be able to see and tell everyone. Some parents are racked with guilt about their babies being in nursery that guilt would be intensified if the parent then knew they had missed an important milestone.
If I was you I would ask to look at her learning journey , ask if they are working on anything in particular like we used to sing the same 3 nursery ryhmes throughout the day for a week and it was amazing how the babies picked it up and responded. Ask them what activities they do as you would like to do them at home with her too. Also ask for them to provide you with sheet/book explaining her nappies ,sleep , food/fluid consumption/activites so you can follow similar routine at home. That way you get answers without seeming confrontational! xxNanMias - cyber granddaughter!
