'Flashpark' Final Demand - but no ticket issued

I've just had a final demand from flashpark but I have never received a ticket/ PCN from them. Tickets are issued by the security staff at work but administrated by flashpark - so my first point of call will be to ask them tomorrow but where do I stand. Can I ask that I be alllowed to pay the reduced amount as I would have done this if I had received the ticket or can I expect the whole thing to be dropped as they haven't followed the correct process?
Obviously I can't prove I never had anything.....so its my word against theirs

Nah its a private parking company, its a scam. Ignore them, you dont owe them thing, and theres not a lot they can do to make you pay anyway. there isnt any 'process' or 'appeal', its just a load of cobblers with no legal basis.

ta - just been reading about it on here and have filed it under 'b' for bin - or bollox.
