Halifax online banking problem

I've logged in to Halifax banking and tried to make a payment to be told I can't as they have a phone number for me, which is strange because the last time I made a payment they actually asked me if I want to be called on my home or mobile number for a security check.

I went to the details sections and all 3 phone number boxes are showing empty fields.

Has anyone else had this problem?

    In the last couple of weeks one of my two numbers were lost online too.

    There was a thread on it but I can't seem to find it now...
    I was a DFW, now I'm a MFW :T

    Yeah they have been having problems with their online banking phone systems for a while.
    Another problem is they call and you validate the transfer account being setup with the autmated phone system, then it fails even though you put in the correct details.

    I phoned to complain, and they said they had no problems and it must be on my end......
    This is despite the fact loads of people have complained.

    Yeah, they reset my mobile phone to a number which I haven't used in 2 years! Luckily they also have my "work" number, and I didn't throw away the SIM for the old number, it's probably under my bed or somewhere hidden.

    Not related to telephone problems but does anybody only still have access to certain information online or is it just me? for example i cant see my mortgage or loan and only parts of my credit card details but current account is fine. The message at the top of the screen "Some details cannot be displayed at this time etc etc " has been there since they updated there site last year and it went wrong big time!!
