Any luck with that link? I tried to use HPASS who were charging £59.99 but after 1 month of waiting for a response from them, we finally managed to get a refund. Can't find cheaper locally, they're all around the £70 mark.0 -

The cost to log a residential EPC is £6.60? So the surveyor drove to your house, spent 30 mins looking at it, spent another 30 mins logging it all for 90p? I think not.......0 -

Possibly - but who would want to upgrade loft insulation when they are moving home?
