    Any luck with that link? I tried to use HPASS who were charging £59.99 but after 1 month of waiting for a response from them, we finally managed to get a refund. Can't find cheaper locally, they're all around the £70 mark.

    £7.50?

    The cost to log a residential EPC is £6.60? So the surveyor drove to your house, spent 30 mins looking at it, spent another 30 mins logging it all for 90p? I think not.......

    Unless it was a loss-leader and he went on to sell, I dunno, some insurance? An electrical inspection report? loft insulation services?........

    Possibly - but who would want to upgrade loft insulation when they are moving home?

    Just doesn't make sense - plus the poster never did come back with the information ;-)
