Hi
I rent out my last property but am wondering - How much does it cost in Solicitors fees etc to sell? (On average) should I ever want to sell
1 Bed flat in Edinburgh if this makes any difference.
Thanks

hi - i am in edinburgh too. I am about to sell and have been quoted the following
advertising, valuation, photos, advertising, solicitors fees etc (about £1500 in total)
plus
1% of the sale price.
Hope that this helps
