Which is pretty close to the "up to 10Mb" you're paying for.
As a comparison, I'm on VM 60Mb. I tested last night just after you posted your figures and was getting ~44 d/l, ~2.1 u/l.

As said before, the speed is dependant on a number of factors outside your control, the main one being the number of other VM customers in your locality all using the net at the same time.How do I add a signature?0
