Selling used cassette tapes on Ebay?

I've got a 30 or so cassette tapes that used to be blank but have stuff recorded on them.
Do you think it's worth listing these on Ebay, will anyone want them? Or will the weighty postage mean it's cheaper to buy brand new ones?!
I assume I'd have to sell them as blanks for the buyer to record over them.
thanks!

I really can't see these being worth anything TBH, probably best to recycle them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. no one wants them anymore! I would try putting them on the freecycle sites then charity shop - although they probably wouldn't use them!

They're likely to cost more to post than they're worth, and also (although it's not very likely if you don't say anything about whatever's already on them but sell them purely for rerecording) you could run into copyright issues with eBay unless you erase any copyright material on them. If you offer them on Freecycle you should be able to get rid of them that way, or give them to a jumble sale.0

Yeah, that's what I thought. I think I'll just stick to Freecycle/charity shops.
Thanks for the tips!0 -
I have large numbers of used tapes too - they have been used for market research interviews and there are too many of them to wipe. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can responsibly recycle them ? Haven't got time to erase them all and want to dispose of them sensibly (and 'greenly')0

I too have about 6O VHS cassettes that need to go. My one thought was that any charity/shop/offices which have VHS recording security systems will probably need a few for archive purposes. A thought.I do hope you're telling the truth?0
