Oredered a HP Photosmart 325 from them 21st December 2004 16:00hrs, actually wanting it for OH's birthday 28th Dec.

It clearly stated on the website that orders placed before 13:00hrs on 21st could not be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas - which was OK with me, as I hoped it would be delivered on the first non-bank holiday after Christmas which was the 28th I think.

Anyway - they tried to deliver it on the 23rd, but I wasn't in, but did deliver it on the 24th. Fantastically quick for that time of year I think.

PLUS, it was over £30 cheaper than I could find on the high-street, cheaper than anywhere else online, AND free delivery.
