Furniture and Flooring - Anyone used them?

In April I purchased a KGB Deal for a 3 and 2 seater sofa from furniture and flooring dot co dot uk and I have found them extremely difficult to contact.
Their online live chat fuction is usually offline, they don't respond to emails and their phone rings once and you get an automated message saying all their agents are busy.
I finally got through to a manager last week who said my sofas would be despatched via Freight4U the next day but a week later and Freight4U have no sofas as furniture and flooring haven't been in touch.
Has anyone used this company?
I noticed that another company that KGB Deals has deals with is Antwerp Jewells and I used their live chat to ask about my sofas as they are both registered at the same address.
I spoke to a lady called Javinder who asked me to email someone called sudeep from the Platinum Bay Group and the matter would be rectified immediately.
Concerned now as it's been months when it was supposed to be between 3-4 weeks.
Any help or advice would be greatly received
