Hi There,
My house has been sold subject to survey. Now im wondering if I should seriously consider putting in an offer for a house ive seen.
Should I wait until the survey on my house has been done first, or just go ahead and put in an offer subject to survey too.

Just put in your offer. You've had an offer which you've accepted, that's probably enough, maybe wait for your survey to be carried out before you instruct one on the house you're buying, to be cautious.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

you are now in an excellent position to make an offer. As doozer says best to wait til your survey has been done before you instruct your own surveyor.
