Vinci Strike Again, Get Spanked By Public Outcry

Been away, but I;m back, spotted this one what do you all think, PPC's going below their usually woeful standard?
Vinci at a Cardiff hospital, put 10 tickets on a car belonging to a patient undergoing a transplant. Apparently the "Fines" ( that unlawful F word again" were removed when politicians and public lambasted the PPC Vinci, who removed the charges according to the article in the Daily Mail here:

Vinci trotted out the usual tripe the mealy mouthed cash greedy scammers they are, justifying their actiom by ststing that the terms and conditions were clearly displayed on their ticket machines.

The Daily Mail is having a go. But they need to read their own story about the tickets being unenforceable.
Fortunately the PPCs are so unbelievably stupid, they will do a far better job at destroying themselves than anything we can do!0 -

They looked pretty silly to start with. They never learn, after that similar one at a previous hospital.0

Im retired early, but im almost tempted to get a job with one of these companies, just to do a few really stupid ticketing tricks like this to make them look bad.......**** I hereby relieve MSE of all legal responsibility for my post and assume personal responsible for all posts.
