Lloyds TSB on Quidco

I am trying to buy insurance via Quidco for LLoyds TSB home insurance with £120 cash back, I will buy the contents and buildings on different days to get £240!
Anyway what does this mean?
Please read the following before proceeding:
***Lloyds will not investigate earnings enquiries that are more than 2 months old (since the date of your application) so please submit your enquiries asap (you should be able to do so after 1 week). We are unable to accept enquiries that are over 6 weeks old.
Fraudulent Transactions: Lloyds TSB and Screentrade reserve the right to cancel policies should there be a basis for suspicion of fraud. This may refer to false bank details, contact information or falsification of addresses
Any enquiries must be submitted your full name, postal address, date of birth, policy number, policy type, policy date, and premium.
