www.careclaimsupport.co.uk - Are they legit? Does anybody know on what basis they can claim back the money someone has paid to partially cover a relative's dementia care?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I don't know them. I'd advise you to talk to AgeUK; they'll explain the legal basis for claiming care fees. Basically, you'd argue that NHS Continuing Care had been wrongly refused.0

I can't comment on this company, but I can vouch for the following who also deal with this issue: http://iniquitas-care.co.uk/
The window for reclaiming care fees is now very small because of a deadline the government has brought in for later this year, so if you do feel you have a case you should act sooner rather than later.0
