I would like to update. After speaking to the FSA who told me about the proper complaints procedure i rang RAC and said i would like to make a formal complaint. It would seem that i may have received false imformation from the woman that would not let me put down the phone. The upshot is i have had to pay the £35 admin fee only and will receive a £160 refund when i send in my certificate. Thank you to all for all the brilliant advice you gave
I have managed to bring down my monthly payments by £100 0
