Financial Disassociation?
I have an IVA and my husbands ability to obtain credit has been affected by this due to one joint bank account we shared. We have been told to apply for financial disassociation so that his credit score just reflects his own finances but not really sure how to go about it?
We have closed the joint account so now have no 'joint' accounts with both of our names on it, but the damage seems to have already been done so we are keen to undo it asap.
