Unathorised ebay/paypal account help!

About a week ago I received an email on my blackberry saying I'd changed my ebay password - logged onto my emails, the email had been deleted! Literally no idea how they could have gotten in  Anyway they bid on something and I phoned ebay, got it all sorted immediately, changed passwords for everything - ebay, paypal, email accounts.
Now a week later I've gotten an email saying I've purchased something on paypal. No forgotten password, nothing, they just seem to have gotten straight in! I've never once clicked on any spam emails or anything like that, the only thing I can think of is that I've got some kind of keylogging virus, although my scans come out clean?
Filed an unauthorised transaction dispute, changed all my passwords again - for all the good it seems to do (especially if it is a keylogger??) Any further advice on how this could have happened/what to do next?
Also, the address they want the item sending to - is there anything I can do with that? Can I report it to the police?
Sorry for rambling, just in a bit of a panic right now  Never had something like this happen before, and I really can't understand how they've managed to hack in.

Are you sure the purchase is genuine and the email is real? I've had emails referring to eBay purchases that I've never made, with fictional item numbers. I just ignore them - my eBay and Paypal accounts show I never made any such purchase and the emails are phony."The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.

Ok, does the purchase relate to a tangible item, or is it something like on-line gaming credits, which will not be sent to a physical address?Definitely real, the transaction is there in my paypal account

They are phishing mails - the idea is that you click on the link in the mail to go and check your ebay or paypal account, but it goes via their dastardly site and they harvest your username & password.porto_bello wrote: »Are you sure the purchase is genuine and the email is real? It's an item (two rechargeable electronic cigaraettes?!)....I've goggled the address they want it posting to, it's for some kind of storage place where you can rent out space I think.0 -
Got an email from paypal today saying the the unauthorised transaction case has been closed and I will be getting a refund within a few days, so that's good news at least.
Still very paranoid to even use computer at the moment though

Would be an idea to wipe it clean, format the hard drive, and reinstall Windows on. That way you can be sure its clear to use.0 -
If you go over to the tech board they can talk you through a deep clean.
