Broker with no annual or monthly fee and low dealing cost?

I bought some shares with some overtime money I had earned using First Direct's sharedealing service which charges £11 per trade for online execution orders or £25 by phone but does not charge a monthly or annual nominee fee.
Anyone know of any brokers with no annual or monthly fees but lower exceution charges?

X-O brokers, discount brokers part of Jarvis Securities.
£5.95 per trade , no annual management fees. They are your no-frills broker with a clumsy but OK interface and platform.
Be aware that they charge a £50 to close your ISA sharedealing account. I am currenltly using them.

I take it that the stock bought over the phone will be added to your portfolio. Or do they send you the certificate?0 -

The 365 dealing account is separate from the x-o account.
365 is also a nominee account (no certificate), but you cannot see your portfolio online- it's only done online.
So stock bought over the phone will be added to your "365 portfolio", but you will need to either need to keep your own records, or ask them over the phone how many shares you have whenever you're interested.
It's a bit too much "no-frills" for me. I would want to be able to see, online, my shares, values and so forth.0 -

To the best of my knowledge Sippdeal have no monthly or anual charges and dealing is £9.95 per trade. I've been using them since Feb to establish a HYP and have found no problems whatsoever so far.
