Non payer

I recently had someone buy 3 of my things and never paid for any of them. I put it to a dispute and its been closed today by myself and i will leave bad feedback. Can this person leave me bad feedback if they have a non payer strike against them?
Thanks

They can leave feedback UNLESS they did not respond to the dispute.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

I had this where a nobody did not answer email, did not pay ignored every attempt at contact.
So i said exactly what i thought of them and i did not hold back.
Make no mistake within 1 hour of my feedback he retaliated and left me with similar nasty feedback.
eBay just did not want to know and the only way was to a mutually agree withdrawal of both feedback comments. I had a 100% perfect feedback in the hundreds as both seller and buyer the Muppet had from memory 6 and 3 non-payer comments.

I personally would just put it down to experience and forget about it, its not worth getting in to an argument over. Go through the eBay dispute procedure and you will get the seller fee's back and re list hopefully with a honest and reliable buyer which the vast majority are.

The buyer cannot leave feedback if they never responded to the unpaid item dispute. Therefore, if this is the case the OP can leave negative feedback without the fear of receiving a retaliatory negative.

That was not my experience but as i have been Member since 05-Jul-00 and this occurred a number of years ago the procedure and safeguards have by the explanation given been enhanced to prevent this from occurring today.
I have never had another individual who gave me any problems.

Yeah I think eBay changed the procedure sometime last year.

Thanks everyone. This muppet has no feedback so it wouldnt hurt him . I've got nearly 2000. Wish these idiots would just get lost and leave people alone trying to make a few extra pennies for their kids.

Thanks again--knew i could rely on you all xx

The buyer can leave feedback, the negative mark will be removed but the comment will stay
