In "My Computer" open your "My Documents" memory and navigate to "My Pictures" select "File" "New Folder" and give it a name.
The go back to "My Computer" and find the camera memory navigate through that to the photos (usually in DCIM)
Select the photos and while holding down the left button drag them to the new file! (if you want to select them all, left click on the first photo, then press "SHIFT" and left click on the last photo, if you want just a selection, left click on each in turn whilst holding the "CTRL" key)
As it's a lap top it will possibly have memory card slots, transfer the memory card to the laptop and down load as above, far quicker0 -

Import using Windows should do what you want, or with the camera attached, press the WIN-KEY + E to open Windows Explorer. The camera's disk will appear in the list on the left as a removable storage device with a drive letter. From there you can drag and drop / cut and paste 'til your heart's content. How do I add a signature?0 -

Good advice, and you can also press Ctrl A to select everything in your camera's folder (click on the white space in the folder pane on the screen first so that the focus is in that folder)0
